The board of directors, employees, and volunteers at Moving Forward Safe Place have enjoyed serving this community these past four years. We regret to inform you that operations ceased on April 28th at the close of business after anchor tenants complained about gatherings of people on the concrete seat out front.
Personal belongings and mail delivered at this address will be available for a limited time. Furnishings and supplies will be sold beginning Monday, May 4 until the space is empty. The Resale Shop (which is part of Moving Forward) will have a close-out sale at 50% off this week next door. Hours are 10am to 4:30 pm.
We appreciate the support received from our community.  Organizers continue to be concerned about the needs of our neighbors and will seek other opportunities to unite our community in serving these needs.

Moving Forward Safe Place Inc. is a place where people feel free to just drop in when they need a place to rest for a moment. Drink some coffee or water, catch your breath, relax, and be encouraged.
